Usage Instructions
According to the required haze and light transmittance standards of finished products, adjust the reasonable addition ratio of silicone microsphere diffuser. Mix the diffuser particles with PC raw materials evenly through a professional mixer before production. Adopt conventional PC processing temperature parameters, avoid long-term high-temperature residence of materials, so as to ensure uniform dispersion and stable optical performance of finished PC diffusion plates.
Packaging and Storage
The product is packed with professional moisture-proof and sealed packaging to prevent moisture absorption and particle agglomeration. It should be stored in a dry, cool and well-ventilated indoor environment, away from direct sunlight, high temperature and humid corrosive environment. After each use, the packaging bag must be sealed in time. Under standard storage conditions, the product maintains stable performance with long shelf life.
