Product Introduction

Our anti-yellowing silicone light diffuser powder is high-performance optical diffusion additive independently developed for PC LED lampshade molding. Different from conventional inorganic and PMMA diffuser powder, this silicone-based diffusion agent owns stable silicone molecular structure, greatly improving the anti-yellowing and heat-resistant capacity of finished PC lampshades. It can form uniform light scattering effect inside PC substrate, remove glare and obvious light spots while retaining good light transmittance, creating soft and comfortable lighting effect. The powder has excellent compatibility with PC resin, easy dispersion during high-temperature processing, no agglomeration, no precipitation, and will not damage the original mechanical properties of PC raw materials. Normal PC processing temperature can be adopted; avoid excessive long-time high-temperature retention to obtain stable optical performance of finished products.

Packed in sealed moisture-proof packaging. Store in dry, cool and ventilated warehouse, keep away from moisture and direct sunlight. Seal the package tightly after use to prevent moisture absorption. The shelf life is 12 months under proper storage conditions.
