High-Temperature Rubber Release Agent Heat-Resistant Ester-Based, Anti-Carbon Build-Up Longer Mold Cleaning Cycle

This high‑temperature rubber release agent adopts specially selected heat‑resistant synthetic ester as primary active component, compounded with high‑temperature lubricating additives, anti‑oxidant ingredients and volatile hydrocarbon carrier. The formulation is silicone‑free. After spraying or wiping onto thoroughly cleaned mold surfaces, the volatile carrier evaporates rapidly to build a tough thermal‑stable ester separating film. During prolonged high‑temperature rubber vulcanization cycles,

Product Detail Page: The product is produced by controlled blending of high‑thermal‑stability synthetic ester base stock with anti‑oxidant modifiers and lubricating auxiliaries. Fine filtration eliminates insoluble impurities. Every production batch undergoes laboratory thermal stability testing as well as practical vulcanization demolding evaluation, ensuring consistent performance under sustained high‑temperature molding environment.

Heavy‑duty rubber vulcanization runs at elevated temperature together with high compression pressure inside closed molds. Ordinary ester‑based release agents tend to undergo thermal decomposition after repeated hot cycles. Decomposition forms stubborn carbonized residues that adhere firmly to mold cavity surfaces. Progressive carbon build‑up creates indentations, dark specks and surface scratches on finished rubber components. Consequently, production must be frequently interrupted for mold stripping and cleaning, which lowers overall equipment utilization rate and raises workshop operating costs.

When thinly and uniformly applied onto pre‑cleaned mold surfaces, the volatile hydrocarbon carrier evaporates quickly. A continuous, heat‑resistant ester‑based lubricating barrier is formed on the metallic mold surface. Built‑in anti‑oxidant components suppress thermal degradation of the ester film during successive high‑temperature vulcanization runs. It effectively delays the generation of carbon‑rich baked deposits within mold cavities. The separating layer prevents hot cross‑linking rubber compound from welding onto mold steel, allowing smooth ejection of cured rubber workpieces. Benefiting from its anti‑carbon‑build‑up property, the mold can sustain more molding cycles before cleaning becomes necessary, extending the mold‑cleaning cycle and improving continuous production efficiency.

Nevertheless, anti‑carbon‑build‑up performance cannot completely eliminate carbon deposition forever. Gradual film abrasion and slow thermal aging are still inevitable after large quantities of vulcanization cycles. Operators need to regularly inspect mold cavity surfaces and check finished rubber part surface quality. At the first sign of local sticking or dark speck defects on rubber parts, stop production to thoroughly clean the mold and re‑apply release agent. Over‑application should be avoided; excessive thick coating will overload the mold cavity and accelerate carbon formation despite the optimized formula. Pre‑production trial testing is recommended for new rubber formulations.

For workshop operation, remove all old carbonized residues and prior release agent deposits from mold cavities. Apply a thin even coat by brushing, wiping or spraying. Allow adequate flash‑off time for complete carrier evaporation before charging uncured rubber compound for vulcanization.

Prevent foreign particulate contamination, continuous high‑temperature storage and direct sunlight. Long‑term heat exposure will consume anti‑oxidant additives and reduce high‑temperature service performance.

Major application fields: releasing auxiliary for heavy‑duty high‑temperature compression‑molded rubber parts; vulcanization mold release for rubber components requiring extended mold cleaning interval; anti‑carbon‑build‑up silicone‑free release agent for hot rubber molding.

Store the product in tightly‑sealed original metal or plastic drums within 10‑30℃. Keep away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
