The finished grease shows very low vapor pressure, which is the core performance required for high‑vacuum operating conditions. It avoids harmful outgassing that would otherwise raise vacuum chamber pressure and contaminate internal workpieces.

The grease forms a uniform, non‑flowing lubricating sealing film on the mating surfaces of vacuum valve stems, valve seats, flange connections and O‑ring grooves. It reduces friction during valve opening and closing movements, alleviates abrasion between elastomer O‑rings and metal sealing faces, and improves the tightness of static and dynamic sealing points inside vacuum systems.

It exhibits good compatibility with silicone rubber, fluororubber and other common vacuum‑grade elastomer sealing materials. It will not induce excessive swelling, hardening or cracking of O‑ring components after continuous service inside vacuum devices. This grease is applicable for both initial assembly and on‑site maintenance re‑greasing of vacuum valves, vacuum pipeline flanges, vacuum chamber access ports and vacuum fittings.

Since volatile fractions have been largely removed during production, the grease can serve for long‑term continuous running under medium and high vacuum environments. It is not suitable for blending with other general‑purpose greases; mixed greases may introduce volatile impurities and destroy vacuum performance. For storage, keep containers tightly sealed in cool and dry indoor surroundings. Prevent prolonged exposure to elevated temperature, which may gradually generate volatile substances and degrade the vacuum‑service performance of the grease.
