The base silicone fluid provides excellent thermal‑oxidative stability across wide temperature range. High volume resistivity is the core property of this formulation, which restricts stray leakage current on high‑voltage component interfaces. The grease exhibits stable dielectric characteristics and will not easily break down under normal high‑voltage operating conditions.

When applied on high‑voltage ignition boots, spark‑plug interfaces, electronic connector insulators and exposed insulating mating surfaces, the grease builds a continuous hydrophobic sealing layer. This barrier blocks ingress of humid air, dew and surface contaminants. It suppresses surface tracking and creeping discharge caused by dampness on high‑voltage assemblies. Meanwhile, the grease retains mild lubricating performance for assembly fitting of rubber insulating sleeves and plastic insulating parts.

Under long‑term service with temperature cycling and mechanical assembly stress, the grease maintains stable consistency and resists oil bleeding. Anti‑oxidant additives retard thermal ageing of silicone base fluid, preventing gradual decline of dielectric and sealing performance. The formulation shows good compatibility with rubber insulation materials and engineering plastics used for high‑voltage electronic components.

It is suitable for assembly sealing and maintenance of ignition boot sockets, high‑voltage cable insulation interfaces, power electronic insulating connectors and other high‑voltage electronic assemblies. Coating thickness needs proper control. Excessively thick grease layer may cause dimensional interference during component fitting; insufficient coating cannot form an intact hydrophobic barrier, which increases the risk of surface creeping discharge under humid environment.

Do not mix this insulating silicone grease with conductive greases, lithium‑based greases or fluorosilicone greases. Incompatible blending will reduce volume resistivity, destroy dielectric insulation capacity and weaken moisture‑sealing performance. Store in tightly sealed original containers inside cool, dry indoor warehouse. Avoid prolonged high‑temperature storage to preserve high‑resistivity insulating and moisture‑sealing performance for high‑voltage ignition and electronic components.
