The low‑volatility base fluid minimizes outgassing under vacuum conditions, which reduces contamination risk inside vacuum systems. Special anti‑ozone additives inhibit the cracking and degradation of elastomer seals when exposed to outdoor ozone and ultraviolet‑related ageing. The grease maintains stable consistency under fluctuating outdoor temperature cycles.
When applied onto O‑ring grooves, valve spindle sealing surfaces, vacuum fittings and pressure‑type sealing joints, the grease forms a soft, adherent lubricating‑sealing film. This film fills tiny surface gaps of elastomer seals, improves sealing efficiency against water ingress. It lowers friction torque for moving valve stems, reduces abrasion of O‑rings during repeated compression‑release cycles. For outdoor equipment, the protective layer slows ozone‑induced seal cracking and prolongs the service life of rubber sealing components.
Under long‑term cyclic compression of sealing elements and outdoor temperature fluctuation, the grease demonstrates good shear stability and suppresses oil bleeding. Anti‑oxidant and anti‑ozone additives retard degradation of both the grease itself and the contacting elastomer substrates. This formulation exhibits favorable compatibility with common nitrile, silicone and fluororubber O‑ring materials.
It is suitable for assembly lubrication and maintenance of industrial valve seals, vacuum pipeline joints, pressure vessel sealing points and outdoor machinery O‑ring assemblies. The coating thickness should be properly controlled. Excessive grease application may cause seal extrusion into thread gaps under high pressure; insufficient coating cannot build continuous protective film, resulting in accelerated ozone ageing and increased risk of water leakage.
Do not mix this low‑volatile sealing silicone grease with hydrocarbon‑based grease, lithium soap grease or fluorosilicone grease. Incompatible blending increases volatile content, weakens ozone‑resistant property and damages sealing performance for vacuum‑pressure assemblies. Store in tightly sealed original containers inside cool, dry indoor warehouse. Avoid prolonged high‑temperature storage to retain low‑volatility, water‑resistant and ozone‑resistant sealing‑lubricating performance for O‑rings, valves, vacuum‑pressure and outdoor equipment.
