Selected sulfur‑phosphorus based extreme‑pressure additives, anti‑oxidants and specialized rust‑preventing ingredients are blended under controlled production conditions. Strict filtration is implemented to eliminate fine solid impurities. The finished fluid maintains stable viscosity within the designed working temperature range during continuous machine‑tool circulation.

High‑load CNC machining generates intense friction and high local temperature at the contact zone between cutting tool and metal workpiece. Without adequate extreme‑pressure lubrication, excessive heat will accelerate abrasive and adhesive tool wear. Built‑up metal edges easily form on cutting inserts, which directly deteriorates surface finish of machined components and reduces dimensional accuracy. Freshly machined metal surfaces are highly active and susceptible to flash rusting immediately after machining, especially under humid workshop conditions. Flash rust leads to rejected workpieces and increases cleaning workload.

The incorporated EP additives react under high‑pressure and high‑temperature conditions at the cutting interface to create a tough lubricating boundary film. This film reduces direct metal‑to‑metal contact, lowers friction coefficient and slows down tool abrasion. The rust‑inhibitor component forms a thin protective layer on freshly‑machined metal surfaces, delivering short‑term anti‑corrosion protection for parts before subsequent cleaning or surface treatment. This oil‑based cutting fluid is suitable for CNC lathes, machining centers, surface grinding machines and cylindrical grinding equipment. It can be deployed in central circulation systems as well as individual machine sump tanks.

During workshop operation, monitor the working temperature of circulating oil. Avoid excessive water contamination inside the oil sump, since water ingress will weaken extreme‑pressure performance and reduce rust‑preventing capacity. Periodic filtration and oil condition inspection are recommended for long‑term circulating service to remove metal fine‑chip debris. Top‑up with fresh fluid according to consumption.

Avoid foreign particulate contamination, prolonged over‑heating storage and direct sunlight. Continuous high‑temperature storage will accelerate oil oxidation, resulting in sludge formation, darkening of fluid color and degradation of EP and anti‑rust performance.

Major application fields include precision turning, milling and drilling on carbon steel, alloy steel and cast iron on CNC machining centers; surface and cylindrical grinding operations; temporary anti‑rust protection for freshly machined metal components inside machine‑tool sumps.

Store the product in tightly‑sealed original drums within 10‑30℃. Keep away from strong heat sources, open flame and direct sunlight. Before filling machine‑tool tanks, ensure that storage batches are well homogenized.
