Thanks to its controlled large‑particle distribution, wax particles easily float to the coating surface while water evaporates during curing. It creates a tough slip‑resistant surface barrier. Unlike fine‑particle wax emulsions that preserve high gloss, this grade brings noticeable matting effect while providing outstanding abrasion resistance. It is widely adopted within paper carton printing, flexible packaging and industrial water‑based coating sectors as a cost‑saving alternative to imported wax additives.
Suggested dosage is 1.0‑6.0 % by weight of the total formulation. Add slowly under moderate stirring in the letdown stage after grinding is completed. Avoid intensive high‑speed shearing, which may trigger coagulation and emulsion destabilization. Pre‑formulation compatibility and performance testing on your target system is strongly recommended prior to mass production.
