Product Detail Page: This ester‑modified silicone release agent is synthesized through siloxane copolymerization and ester‑group graft modification, followed by vacuum devolatilization and fine filtration. Each production batch is inspected for viscosity, thermal decomposition temperature, anti‑carbon deposition performance, film‑forming property and mold‑release efficiency before shipment.

High‑temperature molding and vulcanization of rubber and thermoplastic plastics create severe working conditions for mold release agents. Conventional unmodified silicone release agents will gradually undergo thermal cleavage under long‑term thermal load. Decomposition fragments tend to aggregate inside mold cavities, forming hard black carbon fouling. Hard carbon deposits generate dark stains, streaks and surface blemishes on molded rubber and plastic finished parts. Once carbon fouling builds up, production must be halted for mold disassembly, grinding and manual cleaning. Frequent mold cleaning reduces effective machine running‑time and raises overall manufacturing costs. Many non‑silicone high‑temperature release agents exhibit poor film‑forming capacity, resulting in partial sticking, tearing and surface damage to molded workpieces.

When this ester‑modified silicone release agent is evenly sprayed or wiped onto cleaned, pre‑heated mold cavity surfaces, it spreads rapidly and forms a continuous thin lubricating isolating film. The interfacial film lowers the adhesive force between molten plastic or hot vulcanizing rubber stock and metallic mold surfaces, allowing finished components to be released smoothly after molding cycles. Benefiting from ester‑grafted molecular modification, the silicone backbone obtains improved high‑temperature resistance. It slows thermal cracking and restricts the generation of carbon‑rich decomposition residues on mold cavities during extended continuous production runs. Consequently, the interval between mold cleaning operations can be significantly extended, and the surface quality of molded rubber and plastic products is stabilized.

Controlling the coating thickness is essential during mold treatment. Insufficient coating creates discontinuous isolating film, which causes sticking, scratching and surface tearing of molded rubber or plastic parts. Excessively thick coating increases the risk of silicone migration onto workpiece surfaces, which may impair subsequent painting, printing and adhesive bonding. Actual molding trials on customer production molds are strongly recommended before mass‑scale production. This ester‑modified silicone release agent is suitable for vulcanized rubber, filled thermoplastic and thermoset plastic molding processes.

For processing operations, thoroughly clean mold cavities; spray or wipe the release agent uniformly onto pre‑heated mold surfaces; wait for proper solvent evaporation before feeding rubber or plastic molding stock.

Major application fields: anti‑carbonization mold release treatment for technical rubber vulcanization molds; high‑temperature release auxiliary for filled engineering‑plastic compression and injection molding; processing aid for reducing mold‑cleaning downtime in continuous rubber‑plastic manufacturing.

Store the product in tightly‑sealed original containers within 15‑28℃, keep dry warehouse, avoid direct sunlight and prolonged high‑temperature storage.
