Non‑Polar Low MW PE Wax Pellets is non‑polar low‑molecular‑weight polyethylene wax produced in uniform pellet form, developed as direct drop‑in replacement for DEUREX E 11 K. With non‑polar molecular characteristics, it shows excellent compatibility with polyolefin, PVC and rubber polymers. It provides effective lubrication during extrusion of color masterbatch and rubber cable compounds. In hot‑melt adhesive formulas, it adjusts melt viscosity and improves open‑time and setting performance. Thi
Non‑Polar Low MW PE Wax Pellets (CAS 9002‑88‑4, DEUREX E 11 K Equivalent) is synthetic non‑polar low‑molecular‑weight polyethylene wax supplied as solid pellets. The pellet form reduces fine dust during feeding and batching, which is suitable for automated production lines. Thanks to its non‑polar structure, it demonstrates outstanding compatibility with non‑polar polymer matrix. For masterbatch and PVC, it reduces melt viscosity, improves pigment dispersion and delivers release effect. In rubber cable compounds, it functions as internal processing lubricant to lower extrusion torque. When used in hot‑melt adhesives, it modulates melt viscosity, regulates open time and enhances adhesive cohesion. This product acts as a cost‑effective imported substitute for DEUREX E 11 K for plastic, rubber and hot‑melt adhesive manufacturers.
For masterbatch, typical dosage ranges from 1.0‑4.0 % of total formulation. For PVC and rubber cable compounding, recommended loading is 0.2‑1.5 %. For hot‑melt adhesive, addition level is 3‑12 %. Feed pellets together with base polymer, fillers and other ingredients before extrusion or kneading. Pre‑production lab trials are strongly suggested to optimize processing behaviour and final product performance.
Store sealed sacks in dry and well‑ventilated warehouse. Keep away from direct sunlight and high‑temperature heat sources. Prevent moisture ingress. Reseal sacks immediately after partial discharge.
