Oxidized HDPE Micronized Wax (CAS 68441-17-8, DEUREX EO 4560 M Equivalent) is specially oxidized and micronized high-density polyethylene wax powder. Unique molecular oxidation modification balances polarity and lubricity, achieving excellent homogeneous dispersion in UV ink, flexo ink and gravure ink systems. After ink printing and curing, wax particles migrate uniformly to the coating surface to form an ultra-thin, smooth protective lubricating layer.
