Oxidized HDPE Micronized Wax (CAS 68441-17-8, DEUREX EO 4560 M Equivalent) is specially oxidized and micronized high-density polyethylene wax powder. Unique molecular oxidation modification balances polarity and lubricity, achieving excellent homogeneous dispersion in UV ink, flexo ink and gravure ink systems. After ink printing and curing, wax particles migrate uniformly to the coating surface to form an ultra-thin, smooth protective lubricating layer. This layer effectively reduces surface friction, solves film blocking and sticking problems during printed product stacking and rolling, and greatly enhances abrasion and scratch resistance of dry ink films. Typical dosage ranges from 0.2-2.5% based on total ink formulation weight. Add the micronized wax during high-speed dispersion or sand grinding stage of ink production.
