JSYA-OIT OIT Dry-Film Preservative is octylisothiazolinone biocide with CAS 26530-20-1. It is a specialized dry-film fungicide developed for outdoor construction materials and sealant systems. Unlike tank preservatives, it exerts fungicidal effect after coating or sealant curing. It suppresses mold, mildew and algae growth on exposed surfaces under high humidity, rainy and UV weather conditions, preventing black spots and mildew discoloration on exterior building components.

Product Details

JSYA-OIT is light amber liquid. Its active octylisothiazolinone ingredient destroys fungal cell structure and inhibits spore germination. It features moderate water resistance and strong weather resistance, resisting gradual rain leaching during long-term outdoor exposure. It can be easily incorporated into silicone, polyurethane and acrylic sealant formulas, as well as exterior coating formulations for building substrates.
