Product Introduction

PMMA Light Diffuser Powder is an economical acrylic microsphere optical additive developed for LED decorative lighting shell. The spherical acrylic particles can form effective light scattering interface inside PS, PC, PET transparent resins. It disperses concentrated LED point light into soft and uniform surface light, removes glare and bright spots, and improves the decorative appearance of lighting housings.

Special reminder: The refractive index of this powder is close to PMMA resin. If mixed with PMMA acrylic raw materials, effective light diffusion cannot be achieved. This product is applicable to PS, PC, PET plastic systems only. It has excellent dispersibility and stable thermal resistance during injection molding. It will not easily cause surface defects including fish eyes and streaks, meeting the mass production requirements of LED decorative lighting shells.

This PMMA Light Diffuser Powder is mainly used for injection molded LED decorative lighting shell. It can also be applied to PS lamp covers, PC transparent lighting parts and other transparent optical plastic components. Widely used in indoor decorative LED lights, holiday lighting and related lighting fields. This product is not suitable for PMMA acrylic substrate.

Usage Guidance

Adjust the addition dosage according to required haze and light transmittance of finished lamp shells. Mix PMMA light diffuser powder with plastic pellets evenly before feeding. Follow the standard processing temperature range of base resin. Avoid long-time high-temperature retention of mixed materials to guarantee full dispersion of microspheres and stable optical performance of finished products.

Packaging and Storage

The product adopts sealed moisture-proof packaging to prevent microsphere agglomeration caused by moisture absorption. Store in dry, cool and ventilated indoor environment, away from direct sunlight and humid surroundings. Keep the package tightly sealed after each use. Stable physical and optical properties can be maintained within shelf life under proper storage conditions.
