PS Light Diffusion Microspheres are professional optical diffusion agent customized for PS backlight module manufacturing. Adopting uniform spherical PS particle structure, these microspheres can build stable light scattering interface inside PS resin. They effectively homogenize transmitted light, remove bright spots and uneven light distribution inside backlight modules, and maintain balanced haze and light transmittance to achieve consistent, soft light output.

Important reminder: This product is designed to match PS resin system. Its refractive index is close to PMMA material, so effective light diffusion cannot be obtained when mixed with PMMA substrate. The microspheres feature narrow particle size distribution and excellent dispersibility. No obvious agglomeration, fish eyes or streaks occur during injection molding and extrusion processing. It is a stable optical raw material for PS backlight modules and other PS optical components.

This product is not suitable for PMMA acrylic substrates.

Usage Guidance

Adjust the addition dosage according to target haze and light transmittance requirements of finished backlight modules. Mix the microspheres evenly with PS raw pellets before feeding. Follow the standard processing temperature range of PS resin. Avoid long-time high-temperature retention of mixed materials to ensure full dispersion of microspheres and stable optical performance of finished products.

Packaging and Storage

The product adopts sealed moisture-proof packaging to prevent microsphere agglomeration caused by moisture absorption. Store in dry, cool and ventilated indoor environment, away from direct sunlight and humid atmosphere. Keep the package tightly sealed after each use.
