Acrylic Light Diffusion Microspheres are cross-linked spherical acrylic optical diffusion powder. The material has similar refractive index with PMMA resin. If blended into PMMA acrylic substrate, the interface light refraction effect is extremely weak, unable to achieve effective light diffusion, so this product is not recommended for PMMA system. It performs excellent optical effect when applied to PC, PS, PET transparent plastics. Regular spherical microspheres distribute evenly inside base resin and build stable light scattering structure to convert harsh point light into soft uniform surface light, removing local bright spots and shadow areas. The product has outstanding dispersibility, compatible well with PC, PS, PET raw materials. It adapts to injection molding and sheet extrusion processes, and is a cost-effective optical auxiliary material for manufacturing transparent optical plastic components.
