Product DetailsPneumatic System Grease Synthetic Special, for Air‑Driven Cylinder Pneumatic Actuator Seal LubricationThis synthetic pneumatic system grease is formulated with refined synthetic base fluid, non‑aggressive thickener and balanced anti‑wear, anti‑oxidation and anti‑rust additives. The formula excludes strong swelling agents which may degrade elastomer materials. It maintains excellent compatibility with nitrile rubber, polyurethane and fluororubber seals widely used within pneumatic components, preventing seal softening, swelling, cracking or hardening under continuous static and dynamic contact.
When applied on cylinder inner bores, piston seals and rod wiper seals of air‑driven cylinders, the grease creates a thin uniform lubricating layer over the sliding contact surfaces. During high‑frequency reciprocating movement of pneumatic pistons, the lubricating film alleviates dry‑sliding friction, eliminates stick‑slip jerky motion and ensures smooth, stable stroke movement for pneumatic actuators. It also helps to reduce air leakage caused by premature seal abrasion.
Compressed air systems frequently contain residual condensed water. The incorporated anti‑rust additives offer effective corrosion protection for cylinder barrels, piston rods and internal metallic components. The grease possesses satisfactory shear stability under repeated reciprocating shear stress; it resists excessive oil bleeding and will not be rapidly flushed away by flowing compressed air inside pneumatic circuits.
It is suitable for initial assembly lubrication during pneumatic component manufacturing, as well as on‑site maintenance re‑lubrication for automated production‑line pneumatic cylinders, linear actuators, slide units and valve spools. Operators should apply a thin uniform coating. Excessive grease quantity may produce residual oil mist inside the compressed‑air pipeline and potentially contaminate downstream process workpieces.
Do not mix this pneumatic system grease with mineral‑based general‑purpose greases or extreme‑pressure gear greases. Incompatible blending will impair elastomer compatibility and degrade anti‑stick‑slip performance. Store the product in tightly sealed original containers within cool, dry indoor warehouse. Avoid prolonged high‑temperature storage to retain original paste consistency and seal‑friendly properties for air‑driven cylinder and pneumatic actuator lubrication.
