Polyethylene Wax Pellets is low‑molecular‑weight polyethylene wax produced in uniform pellet form, developed as direct drop‑in replacement for Licocene PE 5401. The pellet form avoids fine‑dust issues of powder‑grade wax. It delivers balanced internal and external lubrication during extrusion processing of film masterbatch. This wax helps to enhance melt flow, reduce screw torque, and optimizes barrier‑related surface performance for polyolefin films. It features stable thermal performance for h
Polyethylene Wax Pellets (CAS 9002‑88‑4, Licocene PE 5401 Equivalent) is synthetic low‑molecular‑weight polyethylene manufactured into regular solid pellets. Compared with micronized wax powder, pellet‑type material significantly reduces dust generation during feeding and mixing. When compounded into polyolefin film masterbatch, the wax melts together with polyolefin resin inside the extruder. It improves melt fluidity, lowers processing friction, and assists in forming a uniform film surface while supporting targeted barrier performance of finished plastic film. This product serves as a cost‑effective imported substitute for Licocene PE 5401 for film masterbatch and polyolefin compounding manufacturers.
Typical dosage ranges from 0.2‑2.2 % based on total masterbatch formulation weight. Feed the wax pellets together with base resin, pigments and functional fillers before extrusion compounding. Adjust dosage according to screw speed, processing temperature and target film performance. It is strongly recommended to conduct compounding trials prior to mass‑scale production to verify melt behaviour and final film properties.
Store sealed sacks in dry and well‑ventilated warehouse. Keep away from direct sunlight and high‑temperature heat sources. Prevent moisture contamination. Reseal sacks immediately after partial discharging.
This polyethylene wax pellet product is intended exclusively for industrial plastic compounding and masterbatch manufacturing, not for food direct contact unless compliance testing is completed. Wear protective gloves and safety goggles during material handling. Please refer to the corresponding MSDS for complete safety operation information.
