Polypropylene Wax Pellets (CAS 9003‑07‑0, Licocene PP 6102 TP Equivalent) is synthetic low‑molecular‑weight polypropylene wax supplied in uniform pellet form. The pellet shape reduces fine dust and facilitates automated feeding for continuous extrusion production. Owing to the similar chemical structure with polypropylene resin, this wax shows excellent intrinsic compatibility within PP systems. During masterbatch extrusion, it promotes pigment and filler wetting and dispersion, decreasing screw torque and energy consumption. In BOPP film production, it improves melt flow during biaxial stretching, helping to minimize film defects. Usage Recommendation

Typical dosage for PP masterbatch ranges from 1.2‑4.5 % of total formulation weight. For BOPP film, recommended loading is 0.15‑1.0 %. For recycled PP compounding as compatibilizer, addition level is 2‑6 %. Add the wax pellets together with PP resin, pigments and fillers before extrusion kneading. Pre‑production lab trials are strongly advised to verify melt flow, stretching behaviour and final mechanical performance.

Storage & Handling

Store sealed sacks in dry, well‑ventilated warehouse. Keep away from direct sunlight and high‑temperature heat sources. Prevent moisture ingress. Reseal sacks promptly after partial discharging.
