Its relatively high melting point grants outstanding thermal resistance against surface softening when the finished wooden floor is exposed to warm objects. During coating film‑formation, dispersed fine wax particles gradually float towards the top surface and build a thin protective wax layer. This surface layer enhances slip property and dramatically improves resistance against foot‑traffic abrasion and accidental scratching on wood floor coatings. It avoids heavy matting, so the original satin or semi‑gloss finish of floor varnish can be well preserved. This product serves as a cost‑effective imported substitute for CERETAN MP 2120 for wood coating and furniture coating manufacturers.
Typical dosage ranges from 0.3‑2.2 % based on total coating formulation weight. Add the micronized wax during high‑speed dispersion or sand‑grinding stage. Sufficient grinding is required to eliminate agglomerated wax particles. Pre‑production laboratory trials are strongly recommended to evaluate gloss level, abrasion performance and storage stability of finished coating.
Store sealed sacks in dry, well‑ventilated warehouse. Keep away from direct sunlight and high‑temperature heat sources. Prevent moisture absorption and powder caking. Reseal sacks promptly after partial discharging.
