Product Detail Page: This silicone release grease is produced by compounding high‑purity polydimethylsiloxane fluid with selected inorganic thickeners under controlled heating and high‑shear mixing conditions. Finished grease passes fine filtration to eliminate hard particulate impurities. Each production batch is tested for penetration value, high‑temperature thermal stability, oil separation tendency and demolding behavior, to guarantee consistent grease consistency and reliable non‑stick performance for industrial molding workshops.

Many high‑temperature molding operations for rubber, metal formed parts and adhesive‑cured components face severe sticking challenges. Ordinary liquid release agents drain away rapidly from vertical or curved mold surfaces after coating. Consequently, releasing effectiveness drops quickly after only a small number of molding cycles, requiring frequent re‑coating and interrupting continuous production. Under sustained high‑heat conditions, some lubricants degrade rapidly, generating carbonized residues that contaminate mold cavities and create surface blemishes on finished workpieces.

This grease‑type release lubricant possesses proper paste viscosity. After uniform manual or mechanical coating onto thoroughly cleaned mold surfaces, it adheres firmly to vertical, inclined and curved mold contours without excessive flowing or dripping. Under high‑temperature molding conditions, the formed silicone separating film maintains stable lubricating and anti‑adhesive properties. It resists thermal decomposition for extended running cycles and delivers long‑lasting release performance. It effectively prevents hot vulcanized rubber, hot‑formed metal blanks and curing adhesive systems from sticking onto mold surfaces. Therefore, demolding becomes smoother, surface defects on molded parts are minimized, and the interval between mold cleaning operations can be extended.

Nevertheless, users need to recognize inherent characteristics of silicone‑based products. Excessively thick grease coating will cause heavy silicone migration. Traces of silicone residues remaining on finished parts will severely impair subsequent painting, printing and adhesive bonding procedures. Even though this grease offers long‑lasting release capability, the silicone film will gradually suffer thermal aging and mechanical abrasion after repeated molding runs. Operators should regularly inspect mold surfaces and finished‑part quality. Once sticking tendency or surface haze appears, the mold must be fully cleaned and re‑coated with release grease. Pre‑production compatibility testing is strongly recommended before formal mass production, especially for components that require further bonding or coating.

For workshop application, completely remove old carbonized residues and prior release deposits from mold cavities. Apply a thin and even layer of silicone grease by brush, cloth or suitable grease‑coating equipment. Avoid heavy smearing. After coating, start molding operations.

Protect the product from foreign debris contamination. Prolonged storage under high ambient temperature may induce oil separation of the grease and degrade its coating performance.

Major application fields: long‑lasting mold release grease for hot‑vulcanized rubber molding; release lubricant for high‑temperature metal forming tools; releasing auxiliary for curing molds of adhesive‑bonded industrial assemblies.

Store the product in tightly‑sealed original drums within 10‑35℃. Keep away from direct sunlight and intense heat sources.
