DMDBS CAS 135861-56-2 is a third-generation sorbitol derivative clarifying nucleating agent for polypropylene. Application Scope
It is widely used in all kinds of transparent polypropylene products, including transparent food containers, plastic cups, disposable tableware, household plastic products, transparent PP pipes and cosmetic packaging materials requiring high surface gloss.
Usage Guide
Mix DMDBS powder uniformly with PP pellets directly, or produce functional masterbatch in advance. Production can follow conventional PP processing parameters. Avoid sustained ultra-high temperature to prevent material decomposition. Adjust the addition amount according to target gloss and transparency requirements.
Packaging & Storage
Packaging: 20kg paper-plastic composite bag with inner PE liner.Storage: Store in dry, cool and ventilated environment, keep tightly sealed. Prevent moisture and direct sunlight. Valid shelf life is 24 months under proper storage conditions.
