Product Overview

DMDBS CAS 135861-56-2 is high purity, odorless sorbitol clarifying nucleating agent developed for polypropylene injection molding. It effectively reduces haze, improves light transmittance and surface gloss of PP products. Featuring stable thermal performance and outstanding dispersion, it will not decompose or produce strange smell during high temperature processing. The product can reach performance level equal to Millad 3988, suitable for high-standard transparent plastic products with food contact requirements.

Application Fields

Mainly used for injection molded transparent PP goods. Widely applied in transparent food containers, plastic cups, lunch boxes, disposable tableware, household transparent plasticware and food packaging products.

Usage Instructions

Mix DMDBS evenly with PP pellets directly, or prepare masterbatch beforehand. Process under normal PP injection temperature. Avoid continuous ultra-high temperature to prevent material decomposition. Adjust dosage according to target transparency and haze standard.

Package and Storage

Package: 20kg composite bag with PE inner liner.

Storage: Keep sealed in dry, cool and ventilated area. Prevent dampness and direct sunlight. Shelf life: 24 months under proper storage.
