10000cst Vinyl Silicone Oil (CAS 68083-19-2) is high purity linear divinyl terminated polydimethylsiloxane. This high viscosity vinyl silicone fluid is specially developed for high-strength injection molding LSR. The long molecular chain structure lays a solid foundation for mechanical properties. Terminal vinyl groups participate in hydrosilylation crosslinking reaction with methyl hydrogen silicone oil. It exhibits outstanding compatibility with reinforcing fumed silica, widely adopted for formulating high-performance industrial liquid silicone rubber.

Storage & Package

Keep drums hermetically sealed. Store in cool, dry and ventilated warehouse. Avoid prolonged exposure to high temperature and direct sunlight. Standard package: 25kg plastic drum, 200kg iron drum. Shelf life: 12 months under proper storage.
