20000cst Vinyl Silicone Oil (CAS 68083-19-2) is high purity linear divinyl terminated polydimethylsiloxane. This high viscosity vinyl silicone fluid is customized for manufacturing silicone pressure sensitive adhesive. The terminal vinyl groups can react completely with methyl hydrogen silicone oil via hydrosilylation. The long molecular backbone improves system cohesion. It exhibits superior compatibility with MQ silicone resin, reinforcing additives and solvents, which makes it a preferred polymer for solvent-based and solvent-free silicone PSA.

Usage Guidance

Mix evenly with MQ silicone resin, matched methyl hydrogen silicone oil crosslinker, platinum catalyst and solvent as required. Adjust the ratio to control tackiness, peel force and heat resistance. Avoid contact with sulfur, amine, tin compounds and heavy metals, these substances will poison platinum catalyst and cause incomplete curing.

Storage & Package

Keep drums tightly sealed. Store in cool, dry and ventilated warehouse. Prevent long-time exposure to high temperature and direct sunlight. Standard package: 25kg plastic drum, 200kg iron drum. Shelf life: 12 months under proper storage conditions.
