Crosslinked PS Microsphere Light Diffuser is a special optical additive independently developed for PS light diffusion sheet. Built with crosslinked polystyrene spherical structure, the microspheres feature stable particle shape and excellent high-temperature resistance. Uniform light scattering channels can be formed inside PS resin matrix to disperse concentrated LED point light sources effectively. It removes glare, hot spots and uneven light distribution, realizing balanced light transmittance and stable haze for PS diffusion sheets.

Special reminder: The refractive index of crosslinked PS microspheres is close to PMMA resin. Effective light diffusion effect cannot be obtained when mixed with PMMA raw materials. This product is only suitable for PS resin system. It owns narrow particle size distribution and superior dispersibility. Surface defects such as agglomeration, fish eyes and streaks can be greatly reduced during extrusion molding, meeting the continuous mass production requirements of optical diffusion sheets.

Widely used in panel lighting, advertising light boxes, indoor ceiling lamps and other fields. This product is not applicable to PMMA acrylic substrates.

Usage Guidance

Adjust the addition proportion according to the target haze and light transmittance requirements of finished diffusion sheets. Mix crosslinked PS microspheres evenly with PS plastic pellets before feeding. Follow the standard processing temperature range of PS resin. Prevent long-time high-temperature retention of mixed materials to ensure full dispersion of microspheres and stable optical effect of finished products.

The product adopts sealed moisture-proof packaging to avoid microsphere agglomeration caused by moisture absorption.
