Uniform Light PS Light Diffusing Agent is high-performance optical modification powder specially developed for LED backlight components. Composed of polystyrene spherical microspheres, it can form efficient light scattering structures within PS resin matrix. It effectively homogenizes light beams, eliminates hot spots, glare and uneven illumination, and provides stable soft light output to satisfy the optical requirements of LED backlight modules.

Important reminder: The refractive index of PS microspheres is close to PMMA resin. Satisfactory light homogenization effect cannot be obtained when mixed with PMMA substrate. This product is only applicable to PS resin system. It has narrow particle size distribution and excellent dispersibility. It can adapt to extrusion and injection molding processes, and greatly lower surface defects including fish eyes, streaks and particle agglomeration during production.

Widely used in display backlight, panel lighting and signage lighting industries. This product cannot be used for PMMA acrylic materials.

Usage Guidance

Adjust addition dosage according to target haze and light transmittance standards of finished backlight products. Mix the PS light diffusing agent evenly with PS plastic pellets before feeding. Follow standard processing temperature parameters of base resin. Avoid long-time high-temperature retention of mixed materials to guarantee sufficient microsphere dispersion and stable optical performance.

Packaging and Storage

The product adopts sealed moisture-proof packaging to prevent microsphere agglomeration caused by moisture absorption. Store in dry, cool and ventilated indoor environment, stay away from direct sunlight and humid conditions. Keep the package tightly sealed after each use.
