Usage Guidelines

As a direct drop-in replacement, you can replace KMP-590 with this product at equal weight directly, with no need to adjust original formula ratios, addition amounts, processing temperatures or mixing processes, for identical finished product results.
For new formula development, the recommended addition rate is 0.5%-2% for plastic modification, adjusted according to required haze and transmittance; for coating and ink applications, a 3%-8% addition rate is recommended, adjusted according to required matte effect. It can be directly mixed with resin or added in masterbatch form, suitable for conventional injection molding, extrusion, coating and other processing processes.
We provide free samples for side-by-side testing with KMP-590, and offer technical support for formula adjustment during the trial period.

Packaging & Support

Products are packed in 20kg moisture-proof kraft paper drums with sealed PE inner bags; 1kg small packages are also available for sample testing. Store in a cool, dry, ventilated area, seal promptly after opening, with a 24-month shelf life under proper storage conditions.
